This is a fantastic place for traditional chinese meals. Michelin star place in 2022 and I hope it is gonna get it for this year too. This place gets busy so I recommend you to book it. Amazing ambience with chinese design and it is on the 1st floor so we were lucky to hear the live piano from the lobby. Everything has a surprise even the menu was interesting. I highlight to go for duck and mix of rice and vegetable dishes also seafood wonton soup was very tasty. Staff very polite, professional and attentive. Just a little downside was selection of desserts for me personally. Please see attached photos for reference. Enjoy ????

Visited blindly without knowing they had an ongoing Dim Sum Lunch all you can eat deal (98 AED per person) so felt super fortunate to have decided to come to Shangri-La for lunch.

Tip: if you pay 250 AED to go up to the 42nd floor for amazing views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai, you can redeem the 250 in credit at most of their restaurants, or at the pool, if I’m not mistaken. Definitely worth it!

Anyway, their CHA SIU SOU (baked sweet and salty chicken puff), DEEP FRIED CHICKEN BREAST, XIAO LONG BAO (soup-filled chicken dumplings), TRUFFLE VEGETABLE SPRING ROLLS, HAR GAO (crystal dumpling with prawn), and CRISPY RADISH WITH DRIED PRAWN tastes extraordinary and authentic. I grew up eating Yum Cha every weekend with all my aunties and uncles, so take my word for it.

My partner-in-crime ordered the TOFU HOT AND SOUR SOUP and loved it. So if that’s your jam, give it a try????????

Service was impeccable. Ambience was quiet and peaceful, perfect while dining out with our 13-month-old daughter.

Michelin guide award well deserved ????????????????????????

Thanks to Victor and the team for looking after us. Great experience for our first time at the restaurant. The Dim Sum buffet was fantastic. Everything is made fresh to order. Great quality, and good value for the price!

One of the best chinese restaurant in Dubai. They have very special dishes and have a distinct taste. Crispy duck with cucumber and double-boiled lobster soup with goji berries are my favourite taste . Recommend ????????

Good food, nice ambiance. Staff very friendly and gives you attention. Only few details you need to remind them for example to bring extra chapsticks, cutleries etc since foods are sharing style. (I went for Dim Sum brunch) The restaurant got a 4seater private dining room.

If you like Chinese food, do yourself a favor and go here. Everything is absolutely spectacular. From the moment you walk in the service is incredible. We arrived with a crying baby who needed to be rocked to bed and the staff did everything within their power to Gelo short of rocking our own baby. The food was incredible. We had dumplings, Pekín duck, fried rice, crab soup, scallop soup, fried shrimp, lamb shanks, duck bones, and about 3 other dishes I don’t know the name of… we wanted to try as much as we could since this place is Michelin recommended and ???? only wish we had 4 more stomachs to be able to fit it all ????
Yas, who took care of us like no server ever has, made our experience impecable. Coming from someone with a hospitality degree… I can’t believe how welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable he is.
A MUST while in dubai.

Had the last meal of our amazing holiday here and it was incredible. Amazingly looked after by Yan and his staff, with incredible food. The spicy chicken soup starter, beef noodles, spicy chicken, Szechuan chilli beef and bbq chicken/shrimp rice were all delicious. Even the mocktails we had were amazing. Finally, we were given lovely complimentary Chinese tea and desserts (chocolate dumplings) too.

Me and friends had dim sum here. 180dhs per person included soft drinks and jasmine tea. Some dishes are delicious and quite a few options. Not bad but can be better.
