Very pleasant experience purchasing with LIV Developers. I had reached out to them inquiring about purchasing an apartment in Dubai and my sales manager was very patient and helpful during the process from calls and Zooms they answered all my questions. I had visited Dubai for the New Year and loved the Marina area and seems that they have most of the new projects in the nicer area. Very happy with my purchase and can't wait to move in.

LIV developers are by far the worst developers I have ever faced. I have purchased and moved into a property in their previous project in the Marina. They do not care about value for their investors and spend the absolute minimum possible. For example, they detailed that "Italian" marble and tiles are used in the property; however, we found the items in Dragonmart (exact copy and paste). Their poor construction practices resulted in the swimming pool leaking into the lower floors, resulting in the waterproofing being redone, and the swimming pool was closed for 6 months. Service fees sky-rocketed (by 40%) in 1 year due to the chiller not being built up to design. Everything they have done was to cut costs, not to deliver a high quality living space.

Bought in LIV Residence and would never want to deal with LIV Developers again. A nightmare on so many levels, from highly energy inefficient chillers to sub-standard finishes. Be cautious of what you sign up for and make note of what LIV Developers commit to in writing. If you are being sold high quality Italian finishes and an energy efficient building, ask for it in writing. To request for every promise in written form is the best advice I have.
