Bad and very disappointing experience with with fake promises and unwilling to correct mistakes. Delivery was late 2 day post occasion and customer service were very unprofessional with dealing with my experience.

If you are a black person I suggest you not shop in this store. I was first greeted by telling me I could not bring my luggage cart into the store (even though it was clearly was full of items purchased from duty free) I was ok with this because I thought it was policy. Until I go into the store and I see 2 other women who clearly did not look like me with luggage carts full with items also purchased from within the airport. I let that go and continue to look around. Then I clearly watch one female employee follow me around the store. With every step I made. Not asking me if I needed help just watching me. So I looked around again thinking maybe I was over reacting and noticed. Nope it’s just me. I love Louis Vuitton and have several purses and accessories and I have never left one of their stores so upset. This happened 2 days ago and I usually don’t post experiences like this. But I’m still upset by it and I hope someone from this store reads this and can do better training.

We have been scammed by LOUIS VUITTON store at the Dubai Airport. The representative (manager) told us we can return/exchange the items anywhere in the world at Louis Vuitton store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. He also said items are cheaper to buy at the airport than online and what you pay at normal Louis Vuitton stores because they are tax free at the Dubai airport. Within 7 days of returning to the UK we have now been told by Local Louis Vuitton store and the Louis Vuitton customer service Rep that we can only exchange the items because it’s purchased at the airport and the exchange value will be what they sell in the store i.e £800 LESS THAN WHAT WE PAID JUST 7 DAYS BACK, item is still in the original packaging with the original receipt and unused. It’s hard to digest just £2500 item is £800 cheaper than what LOuis Vuitton sell at the airport and their representatives push the sale by keep emphasising that it’s cheaper at the airport due to no-tax duty free Louis Vuitton shop. BE AWARE AND NEVER SHOP AGAIN!!

Mary was really helpful in my purchase process and deciding ,
Unfortunately i paid tax on arrival at my tour destination, i think this should be informed earlier for travelers that they might pay tax in some countries for duty free purchases carried in hand
