The food is fine and tasty the environment is very clean and there is not much to be disappointed by, and many things to like. It is very very good.
The price is high for the actual plates ordered not representing the best value however it is the HARD ROCK CAFE.
One area that is worth checking is the service charge. All prices are inclusive of service charges at 10@% then on top of this, waiters request a service charge, The explanation is that the sevice charge of 10% goes to the business and they gain on the tip above that first 10%. (Which if the case sbould be the price not a service charge - only 3 people roo)
That is either not clear or not right - I don't know which one. So as a customer i want to know who i am tipping and what service charge is being applied and to whom it goes. For me that isn't clear.
