Few days ago, my parents visited the store to look at shoes and possibly purchase an item. Upon their visit, a Chinese lady approached my parents saying "ni hao" (hello in Chinese) although we were not Chinese (we are Korean). My parents have informed me that they were speaking in Korean right infront of her and yet she still proceeded to speak Chinese to them. My father felt frustrated and offended that he had told her that they were Korean, and that she shouldn't assume that they were Chinese. As their son and a proud South Korean, I felt offended myself.
Shouldn't a Louis Vuitton store have employees that are somewhat smart and intelligent enough to not assume another person identity? This just shows the lack of staff training in the store and I wish this staff gets educated. I also believe a Chinese national herself should be able to distinguish the difference of Korean and Chinese language. I find it ridiculous that this had occurred to my parents
Hope this message properly educates the staff members not to assume people's nationality and identity, and to think clearly before offending the other.

my friends. The second time, I came here alone. Although the shop is costly but I think it is worth the cost. The kind of range and the kind of stock they have in the shop is quite difficult to find somewhere else. I noticed that they have more casual items than the formal one. I do not know the exact reasons for it. This was one of my observations from the store. Hence, I thought of sharing it. Hope to visit here again.
