Dubai Liberty Service Center in Rashidiya does not even have a sign board for the Liberty Service Center. I went round half an hour in circles and the sign board says Prime limousine. Even the neighbors were not aware of the Liberty center. The full wash does not have the jack to lift the vehicle to carry out the under side of the vehicle. Such a disappointment. Horrible experience. However, Mr. Nabeel the service advisor and the technician who inspected my Ford Flex for suspension work repairs were very professional and efficient to provide the most comprehensive report for the same

I had received email service appointment confirmation Online which Service advisor won't even ready to see the email Confirmation of Appointment. And not ready to accept or apologise on behalf of Appointment system fault, rather he rudely behaved and not ready to accept the car as per appointment.
Liberty seems to have lost their customer centric view which they had when they had partnership with GM won't go to this place again

Very bad place as it is not a service centre liberty decided to take a place from Budget cars for maintenance which is totally bad , cleaning and arrangements is the worst, please don't take your car to them any more ????????

Low quality of service. Car will get all sort of problems after taking it to them. Don't take your car here. Labor can't fix the issue and very unprofessional.

Beautiful church. Visited recently for the arrival of the relics of St Therese. Fr Bergin is a wonderful singer too!!
