The maintenance staff who comes to our apartment to attend to our needs are amazing. Unfortunately, their management team especially Mr Ali who sits in the office can’t even empathize with our situation of having 2 cars. We stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. As per the law, we are allowed to have 2 parking bays. We have been constantly bullied by calls and unwarranted attention from few watchmen whenever we park the second car during the day when most of the people are away to work. They have also increased the rent on our second year by 16% and said it is as per a new law. There are no facilities in the building. The hallways are poorly lit and the walls are thin that you can hear water constantly flowing from somewhere.

Stayed in this building for one year without proper AC, parking issue, coordidoor no AC, No security and Maintanance team is worst especially Nawaz the Maintanance supervisor( zero knowledge of Maintanance, but got lot of egotistical issues). Be very careful while you take handover, make sure you have proof of everything or else you get sued later when you are about to vacate.
