My rate 5 stars for my parrot which she's with them more than 10 years now and they're great and the best although the price a bit high, but still there work amazing.
For my dog sorry no star I don't like there work at all. They took my maltees dog and shave it zero from head to tail no any efforts to make shape or design ear or tail nothing.

I was a loyal customer since the start of this center. I had issue like clippers rash and couple of other problems. Over a year ago one of the dogs had a rash like ringworm which I didn’t report it but I have the pictures and the dates and I took care of it.

This time the ringworm happened again. Thought they said that they have rectified the issue the last time. I called the shop and explained the situation and also sent the pictures. I’ve been promised that I will be called by the owner as there is no manager there. That was at 6 pm. The shop is closed and it’s 9:16 and neither I got a call nor offered a solution. Which means 3 dogs with ringworm treatment and a huge cost.

I made a mistake taking my dogs back there, don’t make the same mistake.

Sadly the quality of the service and hygiene has gone horribly down.

We have been taking our two cats for grooming here since they opened up several years ago. The staff are very good, especially Jayce.
Grooming prices for cats are affordable.

this is the most convenient pet spa near my location and relatively cheap compared to others. and they were able to pacify my aggressive cat.
