I had the most remarkable experience at the department store thanks to Srijil! His exceptional customer support truly shone when my son suddenly developed hiccups during our shopping trip. Without hesitation, he went above and beyond, dashing out of the store to fetch a bottle of water from the neighboring supermarket. His quick thinking and genuine care made a challenging situation much easier to handle. It's this kind of dedication and compassion that sets Srijil apart, and I am immensely grateful for his extraordinary service.

Worst place ever got such experience, the staff who is working as security ( SUDARSHAN KAMMU , ID NO 341968 ) . I just bought 5 AED product 2 packs total 10 AED ( I paid @ cashier and since I was hurry to go I said the cashier girl no need bill . Security guy didn’t even inform to bring back bill before exit . By 11.15 pm I did my purchase and I was hurry to go hospital to see my friend who asked me to buy , suddenly the security stop and asked me bill , I said sorry why are you asking only my bill . I got very shocked front of me so many customers passed he didn’t even check anyone’s and suddenly only for which unfair at all and he let me not even out . I got really upset . And I asked his name he is showing his back refusing to say his name as well . Then the service staff came and asked the issue then I explained her . They gave me answer ppl who carry with bag they won’t check but the ppl who carry in the harms they will check . I don’t want waste my money paying amount to buy the bag . Finally I asked them to give my money back with bill . They didn’t give either my money which I paid in the counter for the product either my product . Such attitude guys working over there . Mr.Arun ( manager ) don’t even have patience & when I got hurt and insulted by the security he asked me to come next day to solve this silly problem. But he forgot to give customer money which was customer paid either product . They’re asking me to understand they’re invisible and they’re mind words policies . And if lulu have the policies for customers they should make aware. Without any awareness expecting customer to be perfect which so wrong and rude . Only this karama branch has such policies . And such attitude staffs . I’m just making awareness cz I don’t want someone else also to face this issues again .

Very good place to buy Indian grocery, vegetables. This store also has appliances and clothing sections. Good variety of items at good price. This place free parking as well. But you need to plan properly to avoid Karama traffic.

Well Maintaned store having multiple things.
Family can spend good time by purchasing everthing in single place.
I liked men's ware alot.
Have new collections on as same price as online

Lulu Hypermarket Near Emirates Post office,Al karama Park,Al karamacenter,Dubai municipality etc. Back Side a huge parking and Big mosque ????. Inside have beauty products, clinics, pharmacy, jewellery shop and medical services for Emirates ID etc. Front side have Bus ???? stop ✋ for Satwa,Deira,Al Qouz,Bur Dubai etc.

Located near Karama park. Only issue is that it’s located in multiple building basements and you need to walk out of each building in order to access different products.

They have a regular customer base but their offers are not good. Quite expensive
