Love to visit this market....market have lots of offerrs....only thing is parking always full...so credit goes to lulu mangemnet to help mall busy...and attract customers....vegetable and fruits section is my best.....most of the times they have fresh fuits and salads.....
Customers have high priority....and their is offer area....which is also updated as per requirements.....

This Lulu has very limited items available as compared to other bigger hypermarkets of Lulu. I was searching for a French bread which was available in the other Lulu but was not here. Secondly, there are very few counters available for checkout, and also, fewer options for fruits were available, I felt. Once I visit any Hypermarket like this, I should get every possible item that I require for my daily needs. On that account, I have presented my views.
Hopefully, it helps others accordingly.

One of the oldest Lulu Outlets in Dubai. White goods items, departmental store and grocery are sold in different buildings on side by side. Large parking spaces available in front and behind. Staff are very helpful.

i visited in lulu HM on 12 apr, staff is very good because i purchase guavas from this market and the guavas were not good then after 2 hours i went to market to return that then the manage (i forgot the. name but i think the manager name was shfiquallah) he took guava shopper from me and give me my money back after only 3 or 4 minutes this is very good thing to return anything very soon. i wants to say thank to the manager.

Very poor experience from the staff at the hot food section... When we came to buy some sweets we asked for a sample before buying...which is quite normal.The lady staff refused and when asked again she gave us a pinch as if she was giving to a beggar.Which was very insulting for us...Very poor customer service at this store.
