Lulu is one of the best hypermarkets in Dubai, but what I love about this place in Dubai Festival Plaza is its food section where you can eat what you buy here. They have a coffe shop, bakery, sushi, salad counters and many more varieties to choose from. Prices are more affordable compared to its restaurant counterparts making very budget friendly. They have a number of tables and chairs for dine in and you can probably bring your laptop to work here, but they don’t have wifi connection compared to nearby cafes. We’ve tried connecting to the mall’s free wifi but is unstable.

The Hypermarket looks fresh and has a new look to it when compared to the other lulu outlets the food section is a big one and they have an dine in area and a cafe inside the shop , the problem is there's no washing area so if you mess up your hands then have to come out and use the malls washroom. All together the Hypermarket is clean and big it will be a trending place soon .

I recently visited Lulu Hypermarket at Festival Plaza, Dubai, and I must say that my experience was a bit mixed. While there were some aspects that I liked, there were also some areas that could use improvement.

First, let me start with the positives. The store is quite spacious, and it offers a wide variety of products, ranging from groceries to household items and electronics. It's convenient to find almost everything I needed under one roof, saving me time and effort. Additionally, the staff members were generally friendly and willing to assist when approached.

However, I did encounter a few issues that affected my overall impression. The organization and layout of the store could be better. It felt a bit chaotic and challenging to navigate certain sections. I found myself having to backtrack and search for items that were not placed logically, making the shopping experience a bit frustrating.

Furthermore, I noticed some products were not adequately stocked, especially during peak hours. This led to items being out of stock, which was disappointing. It would be great if they could improve their restocking process to ensure that essential items are always available to customers.

Another concern was the checkout process. The queues were quite long, and the waiting time was excessive. While I understand that the store can get busy, it would be beneficial if Lulu Hypermarket could invest in more checkout counters or introduce self-checkout options to expedite the process and reduce waiting times.

Lastly, the cleanliness of certain sections within the store could be better maintained. I noticed some areas were a bit untidy and disorganized, which gave off a less than pleasant shopping experience.

Lulu hypermarket festival plaza,same like all Lulu, there are vast varieties of products and choice. in the morning you can get the morning Indian breakfast packed in wrap and also a place where you can sit and eat..
For fast food there is a separate kiosk available other than what you have inside the market. A small area inside the market..

Clean and neat place , not much busy place
Fresh vegetables, foods , fish & sea food , meats, variety of dry goods available
Inside the cafeteria with seating, hot foods available , will go most time to get our fresh food and item to buy highly recommended
