Ordered 2 wraptors.. the chicken in one of them was half cooked! I returned it to the counter and the staff was apologetic and offered a replacement however I was already feeling disgusted. I know its frozen chicken tossed into hot oil but they have to ensure it is cooked for the right amount of time!!! Eating uncooked chicken is risky!

Chicken Santafe didn’t had jalapeño in it, Pepsi was flat. Staff was slow and unprofessional.

Our whole family are big fan of Hardees. Really like the food we had until last visit. Firstly they took 10AED meal deal off the menu. And after we dined in here, all of us felt sore in our throat and tongue...it was weird. In the beginning i thought just me and my son then later on my husband has the same symptoms. I think it was a type of food poisoning, probably the beef or potato was wrong. This happened on last Sunday, June 5th. I wonder if anyone else had the same experience?
Plus, we waited for about 20mins there for the food and one burger came cold! I have to brought it back asking for reheat. They just made a new one for me.

This experience will stop us from going there anymore. What a shame!

Wasn't happy with the fact i had to wait cause another client was given more priority to pack his left overs from the food for take away and hold my order while it was ready,
Special request with my order was ignored even though i paid for it,
Loaded fries was so cold and mix between raw fries or overcooked fries which means this are the left overs from the morning and they just add to it and overall still so cold,
Short on staff and cashier will take your order and go inside to prepare it so you have to wait for long.

Well, food is ok as always, no complaints at all. BUT, the cashier doesn't have a good client service attitude, any question, she answers angry.

This is my third time here and is always the same, not good.

The guy in the kitchen finished my order and it was ready on the counter waiting for the fries and soft drink. He noticed that I was there waiting for a long time, so he started serving the fries, and then the woman took his place and continued serving, BUT, again, her attitude is so bad, she took a loooooot of time serving the fries and then the soft drinks.

Note. There no more clients there and took more than 10 minutes to receive the complete order.

I have to say that the guy in the kitchen has a very good attitude, but the cashier's attitude is awful.

After eating some of my fries, I went there asking for two more ketchup sachets and she was billing me AED 1 for each! No way, this is the first time I get billed for a small ketchup sachet. I didn't purchased such joke.

Long story short, I'm not coming back here and I wish the guy in the kitchen find a better job, because he deserves it.

Excellent customer service! The owners of the shop are super helpful, friendly and attentive. Lots of variety in store!! Will be coming back and highly recommend☺️

Super convenient, reduces my need to leave the area by 80%; amazing selection of goods and more importantly (in my opinion) is the high quality and flavour of fruit and veg.
The Staff are friendly and helpful and often go out of their way to assist where possible.
The Post office and abiliy to withdraw or deposit cash makes it a complete package.

Great little local shop.. This place is jam packed. Not only with all the basics but loads of speciality items too. And a post office.. The lady who owns it works really hard they are open 8 to 8 every single day no fail.
