Brigitte Tenbergen is super professional, fast, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation to recommend her. We worked together on a deal which we completed during the the COVID pandemic when of course there was a lot of uncertainty. Brigitte was super helpful in keeping things on track and ensuring we got the deal done. In terms of looking at opportunities also really appreciate she never wastes anytime only discussing opportunities that are valuable and well thought through.

Kaizer met all our real estate requirements in purchasing our villa in Dubai Hills thru Emaar , He has been very efficient and professional all the way. He found us an amazing property which was exactly what we were looking for and where we need it to be located.

With a patient and devoted attitude to be helpful and facilitate the process, Kaizer has been very helpful in finding us a property to rent too till we wait for our beautiful home to be ready. Was always available and guided us with all the support as we were relocating from London to Dubai. Even helped us to complete any administrative documents and installation safeguards for our property.

Never dealt with anyone more stupid before. Called at 10am and no more appointments left??? Said to call back at 1:30pm , and even then there were no more appointments. Said they’ll prescribe medication to the local chemist and they’ll call me to ask a few questions - chemist told me they’ll not prescribe the medication because my symptoms are mild? So I need to go back to the gp? What kind of doctors are these who do not know what they’re doing. Best go to a private doctor! Paid for my tablets online - I ain’t wasting my time with the gp anymore!!

Total rubbish for trying to get an appointment or even talk to anyone. Its been really bad for a few years now. If I could change surgeries I would. If you need a doctor dont go to this one. Not reconmended at all. They use every excuss under the sun not to give out appointments and its even worse since covid..perfect excus for them to limit all ready short supply appointments.

A real anomaly they must be keeping the good doctors for more affluent areas I guess .maybe good for rashes and burns straight forward things like that but if your looking for an intelligent kind approach which is focused less on their own egos and maybe more on patient care then I would definitely steer clear .I’ve lived in various parts of the country including Dorset and Surrey and never had any problems really nice and helpful just not here

I’ve only been with this practice for under 2 years and I needed to make my 1st appointment today. Fantastic response time and very compassionate staff. It has taken two hours between a phone call to the reception, my GP calling me back and my prescription landing at the nearest pharmacy. I was very impressed, efficiency in its best!
I’ve been with Fleet Medical Centre before that for 10 years or so and never experienced such a great service! Thank you for looking after me! X

I have been going to this doctors surgery for 10 years, and almost every experience has been awful.

I have experienced so many miscommunications at this surgery that I'm now so anxious about calling my doctor that I'd rather suffer in silence. I've had appointments booked by my doctor that when I turn up on the day aren't in the system and the receptionists have patronised me so intensely I've been left humiliated. I've had doctors tell me one thing, but then not record that action in their notes so when I follow up I look like I am lying. I've even had one doctor tell me to get a suntan for my acne and go on Wikipedia during an appointment.

It shouldn't be this difficult to go to your doctor, when the reason you are already contacting them is because you are worried about something health related. Yet here I am so scarred by all of the terrible experiences I've had.

The only good thing about this surgery are the nurses, they are always extremely professional, welcoming and reassuring.

Undoubtedly one of the worst GP, 1 star for the nurses. I have been with this GP for 10 years and my experiences keep getting worse. I am not sure on what is going on. The only good thing about this GP are the nurses, they are very kind and helpful. The receptionists are not helpful at all, i needed help with signing a letter from my doctor and i was constantly told no (the only reason i kept trying is because my friends in different GP needed help singing the same letter and they were granted a signature within few hours). It took me 3 weeks of repeated calls every few days and £30 to get my signature. They said it was a private matter therefore the doctors couldn't do it, yet it was done in the end, how ironic. Some of the doctors are very rude and some are nice. One of the doctor was very impatient and simply could not wait for the appointment to be over. I was translating for my mother who cannot speak english but he was constantly busy checking the time and gave very vague answers to her questions too. My list of complaints is never ending with this GP and i do not recommend this GP to anyone, save yourself the stress and time.

Lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful . When I called later the lady I spoke to was also helpful . Well that was then this is now. Can't say I have much good to say about the reception woman. Does the minimum no explanation why you can't get an appointment. You have to call on the day at 13.30. And even if you do you can't get an appointment. Waist a day's holiday. Never known a Doctors like it. One positive is Dr Patel. Very helpful unlike the reception. I have never seen so many bad reviews and refer to the practice manager. What is this manager doing????? ????
