but there more than a few cons:
Their space is generally small so chances are it will be a little crowded. The meeting room I used for the day had a water pump above my head which went on for hours. It was not a nice experience as it was loud and could be heard on my video calls. Their coffee is just instant coffee that you’ll have to pour and mix in the pantry. Not super hygienic or pleasant. With working spaces you usually get coffee ordered but this was just average. They also close at 6 pm which is really not convenient. Many people including myself were not finished working when they informed us that we had to leave. Overall I would not come back.

Our stay with The Co-Spaces was sadly not a hospitable one. It seems as if their policies are picked out of a hat daily, and enforced when they so please. Being friendly and diplomatic with the staff doesn’t seem to work in your favour. More recently into our stay it seems as if they were trying to pool our organisation against another within the office by changing the seating layout, and reducing chairs, which ultimately forced a feud on where each of our team would sit. I don’t blame the other organisation at all for being upset about it, nor do I think it’s our fault either. We were informed of the decision last week, and we recommended this layout change shouldn’t take place for that exact reason.
Ultimately, if you pay to use The Co Working space, and request to be sat as a team, you should be able to get that if you have promised it. You shouldn’t take money from a client if you aren’t able to follow through with those promises, or even then change policies after to cover up your mistakes. You especially shouldn’t say that our stay here is refundable, and then change your minds about it later, now that we no longer want to work here.
I wouldn’t recommend choosing this as your workspace.
But, the decor of the offices are quite nice!
