It’s all about customer/parents service.
Made all the way to the school to meet management for a prospective registration I ve been literally dismissed and asked to send an email…
On the same day went to two other (way more prestigious and academically reknowned) schools they welcomed us with a smile and a 30 minute tour. It says it all …

I would like to share my experience with senior administration of Jean Memroz. Before submitting 500Darham processing fee, I explicitly asked the school if they have a seat. I was told to submit the fee and come for interview. Now when I submitted the 500Darham, there is no interview slot till 14th of September. When I asked them to refund the money because you didn't provide the right information, they are not responding.
This is extremely un-professional. Don't put the reputation of school on stake for just 500. Give some respect to parents. Your business is running because of all those parents. Really disappointed.

Hi ... i have very bad experience with your traffic checker his name is santosh he don't know how to speak with people and when i said to him i will tell ur manager so he also don't care about the manager .... so if next time he will be behave rude with people and i see i will call police .... he don't know how to manage traffic .... please must give him training to talk how to give respect ... thanks

I really do not know how to say this

but when calling a school for the first time for me and they give your this attitude this is really bad.

i have called now and ask about the registration process and fees but it seems the rudeness they have is something they share all French schools.

when i am asking simply ( hi i would like to know the charges to register my daughter immediately the answer is check the website.

this is very rude way of talking to someone no interest is showing and like you disturbed the person on the phone.

We only have great things to say about LFJM. Great facilities, amazing staff and teachers which were truly dedicated and paid personal attention to our daughter to help her integrate very well. Our daughter has really enjoyed her time at LFJM and made great progress in French which is her second language. Thanks again to all the team and especially to Fatima and Agnès GS teachers. They were so dynamic and dedicated to making the pupils have a nice experience despite COVID restrictions.

My son is happy here and we are happy too. The staff are really nice and friendly compared with a lot of schools and I like the fact that they don’t use a lot of technology to encourage them to read and do things like the classic schools.

Extremely disappointed at the management and admissions department of this school, they mistreated my sons registration, claimed that he had a spot and then said it was full, not taking my sons education seriously and giving no response on how and why this happened.

Facilities are superb for children and adults. Excellent design and architecture for an institution. Super.
