Me and my friends had a very good experience at MAC, Burjuman where Varsha assisted us with all our make up needs. She was very patient and cleared all our doubts. We are satisfied with the products and shades she suggested for us.

I had a great experience last week walking in to your store and it's all thanks to Ryan. He gave me an all new experience at M.A.C.which you don't get usually in all your stores. He's an expert in his job. He assisted me in all my querries and showed me how it's done. It was a happy and a great customer experience overall! ????

I was a Mac convert. I was super loyal to another make up store and brand, but Joy converted me to Mac by giving me free make up tutorial which was so amazing. Never too late to love make up and to doll up :) ❤️❤️

Staff in outlet was not at all interested in assisting even when the store was empty. I bought what I needed and wanted to buy more but the way she made me feel i left.

Very bad experience..lady staff make me feel like stupid..I brought lipstick .. but I will never go anymore... She need more training "how to behave nicely to all nationality people"
