Bad customer service, not helpful they should train their staff how to be supportive.They don't accept their mistake even.they refused to exchange item after I was told twice by their employees that I have 40 days when I purchased before not 14 ,now they don't want to help in any way and admit the mistake and try to resolve it.They even asked me to bring a box to the shoes while I was on the payment point and didnot mind themselves is this how customer should be treated!! So disappointed don't recommend you any more.

Careful what you buy they have horrible customer service! I bought some stuff here and when I got home I realized that the shoes are damaged... they made it difficult for me to claim a refund or exchange and dragged it for 45 days with back and forth e-mails and calls with no solution provided.

I regret shopping here, avoid it, that's my suggestion.

One of the Brands for Less outlet in Burjuman, Dubai.
Situated at the 2nd floor of Burjuman Mall.
Parking is available at free of cost at the basement. They do accept payment as Cash and Card.
Usually little busy. Offers are going normally.
Wheelchair accessible entrance is there.
Best option for men and female Garments.

Despite sale period,Wondering here about Very few Collections Only & Pricing also doesn’t seemed to be fair.There are operating only 2 Counters & You ought to stand in a billing queue for around 10minutes Normally.

It is located nearer to Waitrose Supermarket & Infront of Emirates Islamic ATM in Lower Ground Floor.
