Great service from Magnolia team at Springs Souk! Most especially to Michelle who took my order a few minutes to close time, the night before pickup. I knew what kindf cake color and design i wanted and Michelle suggested some additional details, i was skeptical especially when they showed me a snap of the finished product but she (michelle) assured me it really looks pretty, and it actually does! So happy with how it turned out! Guests were in awe on how beautiful it was (Topper on photo is mine ☺️). Thank you Magnolia Springs Souk!

Beautiful place , beautiful manu, idea of the place was probably good , but……
Reality is upsetting
Tried new beef sandwich , which suppose to be super tasty ( like in picture) Beef seems like boiled , not fried ???? instead of medium done eggs I got super over well done…..
change a chef! And maybe the place will be more occupied! Not empty like now!

Very delicious sweets, portion is a bit small compared to the price range, overall all, its worth to try and certainly will try it again

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this place and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely, but the standout element of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Michelle.

I liked the feel when I entered this bakery!

Stuff is super friendly and attentive to details.

The cakes are amazing.

Banana budding is next level!

Cupcakes are top-notch.

Although friendly but not proactive staff served us: we ordered 2 passion fruit mocktails, ca 20min later the waiter came back and said that no passion fruits available. In the mean time he served our desserts so not sure why he could not say..

Understandably if no item available, thats ok. But why to wait and prolong to tell us. Was quite upsetting.
Then the new order took some time and it seemed that he himself had to prepare it.
Not a good experience- yes there were apologies (got a free cupcake) but honest and upfront customer service is needed.

The theme of the place is soooo cozy and nice !! specially the Christmas theme!
The staff are super friendly specially the Egyptian guy ..
The breakfast was so good and i fell in love with their brownies !

They did my daughters birthday cake exactly as I asked. Very happy with the design and quality. Delivery was swift and reliable. Thank you guys.
