I love sandwiches specially subway but I will never come back to this subway branch here in spring souk very small but untidy place pans are everywhere. Small cockroach crawling under the oven. Very rude and impolite staff and irresponsible manager. I would not recommend it to anyone..
If there is a rating lower than 1 i would be happy to choose it.

Just an update on this: on a very positive note. My complaint was handled quickly and politely. I received multiple phone calls and emails apologizing for the behavior. I am impressed with the customer service in that regard.
Original complaint: The food is typical subway...but the service is horrendous. The various employees don't communicate well with each other and then one of the had the nerve to yell at me because he made a mistake after I had repeated my order multiple times. They overcharged me and then made a big deal about asking if I wanted my money back. I will never ever go back to this branch again. It was atrocious.

Small and clean Subway but attitude of staff (Angelo) is very bad. Never in my 25 years of going to Subway has an employee said you can only get 6 pieces of capsicum when asked for a little more. Plus, the staff does not make any attempt to tell people to keep their mask on while ordering... there is even a big sign on the wall that masks are required... we had to say it out loud why people weren't keeps masks on.... only then they asked to wear masks. Very poor.

I will never forget this subway restaurant in my whole life as I am a motorcyclist and work in food delivery in Dubai, UAE. On the way, 12/03/2021 my motorcycle slipped and broke my left ankle
