Office tower in a good location, basement parking available for visitors

Never ever use their gift cards, i lost almost 1000 aed just because the card got expired. Is it legal in UAE that a commercial company forfeit other people money due to card expiry date??? I wonder how much they collect every year from such cases!
The policies in Majid Alfutaim group not serving & not supporting customer benefits.

didn't get beyond reception because the meeting was moved to DCC but the mall models on either ends are quite nice
