Malabar gold is always our favorite this time we visited in new Gold souk shop good service , Miss. Nasima helped us and explained well whatever questions we had .And also Thanks to the Manager Mr.Ganesh who always there to help us.

Very poor customer service of malabar Gold Sharjha Branch No 3. No follow up of customer repair items which is brought from them.I will never recommend for any one. Each salesman has their own opinion and give different answers when a concern is raised. At least you give some customer service training to your employees

Zero star for employees of MalabarGold Sharjah city centre. 30 mins at the store and no one was interested in showing me any gold. if u r not a malyali and if u r not dressed well u dont get respect at their store. Even after you tell them that u want to buy Gold.

Convenient when it's late at night and nowhere else is open but other than that it's a rip off. Also be aware if you park on their premises and don't go in to their shop, you will be sent a fine in the post

Handy fuel stop in a nice location. I've been several times to fill up my company car. Prices are reasonable too.

Service is outstanding especially during lockdown-Sid and the crew are so polite and helpful-excellent-pristine shop and fully sanitised with a great system of only allowing 2people in at a time
