Simple, cozy and clean place.

We had truffle risotto with shrimps and mushrooms, also lasagna. Food was very nice. Portions are big, prices are reasonable.

Service could be a bit improved. It took time to remove dirty plates after we were done with a food.

Will come back to try other dishes.

We dropped by this place after struggling to find a parking slot in the area. We ended up parking 1 km away and walked.

The first impression is positive. The waitresses are all smiley and nice. They welcome you very well.

The food is average. Not the most fresh ingredients in a pizza, but it's not too bad. It's an average quality pizza. The rocca salad was very overpriced for the portion. I understand it has pine nuts, but the portin can't justify 45 AED for a few green leaves.

The overall experience is not bad. This is not a high-class restaurant. It's just a pizza shop by the corner.

Terrible service. We were the only ones there and still have to ask them to serve us. Food wasn’t good at all, very salty. Totally disappointed with the desert, don’t go for the chocolate fondant. No attention to us if we wanted to order more drinks or anything. Not even to clear the table from the empty cans and plates. Very rude staff and completely unsatisfactory experience

Goof italian good, we ordered one white fettuccini with mushrooms and we added shrimps + mozzarella balls with tomato sauce + one scoop of gelato u003d 109 Dhs. The place is quite, small and old but they seem don’t care about cleaning, the lady is lovely and smiles

Small and cozy place. Not a fancy place like you would expect when you get the Dubai stereotype in your mind.
However, it doesn’t mean the place is bad. I really enjoyed the food (got a risoto and a carbonara, both shrimp) and the workers were really nice.
I would definitely go back for a casual dinner with some friends or family.

A tiny place but the pasta was really good.
You can choose type of pasta and sauce and add any protein or vegs you want.
Nice service.
My kids loved pizza.
They accept Entertainer.

To say it was bad - is to say nothing.
Broken flush in the toilet, waiter leaving her personal things in the clients bathroom. Chair pillows on the table when clients are eating!
Quality of the food is very poor. Old leaves of a salad mixed with fresh ones. Awful!

Mamma Italia was surprise find for us on Umm Suqeim. The compact yet cozy restaurant is a pure delight.

The interior is nice, dim and gives you the highlight of restaurants in Italy. The artwork in the walls supports their concept as well.

Their menu has variety of items. We tried their pizza and pasta. We found the Burratine Pizza and Tortellini Pasta scrumptious.

The staff is helpful in advising you with the menu.

If you want to visit an amazing Italian restaurant without denting your pockets; This place is definitely worth it.
