Having lived for a few years in Turkey, (1) I know how amazing Turkish cuisine can be, (2) I really enjoy a well-made Turkish meal, and (3) it irks me to see what passes as Turkish food in this town. This place is by far one of the best and most authentic Turkish places you will find in Dubai.
Adana: A good Adana Kabab needs to be moist, flavorful, and succulent, with the lamb tail fat adding texture and flavor to the minced meat. This place does it better than any other we have tried in Dubai so far. Highly recommended.
