MANAZIL alsafa is just opposite to Paramount Hotel near by bussiness bay metro station.
The area is very good.
SUPERMARKETS LIKE WEST ZONE, Choitarams,Spa and costa cofee are around.

The building is old but good and very well maintained, the flats are good and the amenities are some of the best I've seen. There's round the clock maintenance available on site and it's truly 24/7. I've called them to fix a non-functional AC at 1am and they fixed it quickly and went. Extremely convenient and very thankful for their service.

However, the parking in this building is extremely tiresome especially if you get allotted a slot on the higher floors. There are 22 floors of parking and if you're unlucky, you'll be allotted a slot on the upper floors. Anything above 10 floors is time consuming to navigate. I've been allotted a slot on the 21st floor and it takes me 5 minutes just to get to my spot.

One of the best towers to live in Dubai. Spacious apartments, well maintained facilities, like pool, gym, kids room and business center, 24h security at all time.
