Awful theiving company! Charge you and no ticket produced and even though ANPR in use, you need the ticket to avoid a parking ticket! So....you have to pay twice. No replies to emails complaining and asking for a refund. They know they aren't going to be taken to court for £4.50! Easy money for them! Dread to think how much extra they make a year with this con! Day light robbery! Will now avoid their carparks like the plague!

This company is vile. Their car parks are poorly maintained and they have a very low threshold for issuing parking fines. Do not use their car parks. Customer service is disgusting and their appeals process is a joke. They escalate to thuggish debt collection agencies and will ultimately send your fines to that scam/con court in Nottingham, resulting in CCJs. Absolutely foul company. Avoid their car parks or any company that associates with them.

Total crooks. Every car park I have ever used of theirs I have got parking fines, regardless of the fact I have paid the correct fees.
They are a scamming company, not a car park company. Do not use their car parks.

Barely lit, most of the pay machines are broken, spaces only just big enough for modern cars and a lift that's been out of order for months meaning pushchair and wheel chair users are forced to use the car ramps.

Parked here to visit the national marine aqaurium. Place seems pretty secure to be fair but the machine has charged me twice!! I have read other reviews from customers and they have said even though they paid, they received a fine as well ! I WILL NOT be paying ANY fines !!!

I parked on the Barbican to go into Sutton harbour office and I displayed my blue badge. Was very rudely told being disabled doesn't matter!! Appalled and saddened by the jumped up little power hungry drip !!

Awful Company. We paid for a ticket and yet they sent a fine through. I appealed with evidence of payment and rather than cancelling they offered a reduced fine of £20 rather than £100. I emailed back provided further evidence of payment and they are still looking to pursue payment for the fine! Shambolic company.

Money grabbing ****s
Bought a ticket, was not late, still got charged.
Their automated system did not clock me leaving, must have been a fault. They thought I stayed there for 22 hours.

'pay in 14 days or we will charge you double'

In other words, try to dispute with us and you pay double.

I bet they make billions all across the country with their bullying tactics.
