One of the worst shops ever because of their staff
Like unbelievable
I was there today and holding zara bag
And the curly hair woman was there on 25th oct 2022 at 6 pm
She was bothering me by saying why do you hold it , keep it at cashier , then i said its ok im fine and she kept insisting then another woman when i was talking on my airpods on a phone call, came to my face and said sorry repeat what you said, i said dear im having a phone call , can you stop being annoying, then the other woman told her look at her eyelashes is that okay , and this was very clear and obvious like what the hell!!
And when i was paying , she threw the bag to my face without saying anything!!
Horrible customer service and no wonders why shop always empty

When we went to the cashier, the other sales lady, Maryam was very lovely and friendly.
Some of your staff needs to go through a proper customer training.
