I had an excellent experience at this lounge, thanks to my complimentary entry with Dragon Pass by Mastercard. The lounge offers comfortable seating, delectable food, and a pleasant view. However, it would be beneficial if they could enhance the men's section by providing more than two toilets.

I had a good experience at the Marhaba Lounge. Drink selection was plentiful, nice assortment of food. Good WiFi and comfortable seating made it easy to pass the time while waiting for my flight. The only reason why they didn't get a 5th star is because the shower costs extra, something that was not mentioned in their website.

An average lounge with a wide variety of foods and drinks. They have spacious seating areas and private rooms as well for families. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are super friendly. They have a nice and small salaah area which is great. It's not the most modern or luxurious lounge, but a good lounge for a meal and coffee before your flight.

The lounge looks very nice from the outside, but once you’re inside it’s terrible. It’s always overcrowded, they seem to be allowing in more people than the lounge can cope.

We spent a lot of time trying to find a seat since everything was taken and some people were even sleeping on the floor. They do not really have very comfortable seats to sleep either.

Food wise, everything is generally stale and not very tasty. The drinks are probably the only good thing here.

In terms of the toilets, they have too few and don’t seem to clean it after each person. It’s better to use the public toilets in the airport imo.

The only good thing here was the WiFi and friendly staff.

Excellent time at the Marhaba lounge, the service was 10/10 and close to my gate. From the quality food to the friendly staff and the amenities,
especially the premium massage chairs, I would definitely recommend this lounge ????????.

Pros : Good food , service is good , nice selection of desserts

Cons : Too crowded mostly, many Indian fishes and lack of other continental items ( in case you do not prefer Indian food )

One of the lounges that you can access with your priority pass. They have a limit of 4 hours. Food was tasty. There was hyderabad biriyani , pasta , rice and some other items. Good selection of desserts were there. Service is extremely good , people there are friendly and always willing to help. There is a message chair and also chairs to strech your legs ( but those chairs are limited and mostly you will not get them. There are like 6 of them and all of them always occupied ). Drinks are nice. Overall a nice place to take rest.

It is always good to have lounge access when you’re travelling, especially early morning flights. I use Master card privilege to free Access the lounge and never had an issue. The lounge has all to the basic level not much of a luxury, but it serves the needs . They always have sandwiches and salads and also wine and liquor. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful and food is good.

Dishes variety are very less. Crowded area but lounge is good. Overall satisfactory experience as a MasterCard holder. All foods are free for MasterCard holder.

No discipline for bullies. Allows kids to ride through the school with bikes which has caused them to run into kids several times. Covid times have delayed the pick up of kids from reception to 3:15 other classes are 3. So waiting around 15 minutes. Highly disorganised school.

Love this school- such a great team of staff , any problems you have they’re very understanding &&try to help how they can , Hope the new head is as great as Mrs Beckett was who will be missed massively, thanks for everything guys ????
