NIGHTMARE APARTMENT. BEWARE SCAMMERS DREAM INN APARTMENT 506 & 702 If you value your money, mental sanity and your safety do not book this apartment or this brand. All their reviews are FAKE. I booked this apartment for 1 month and after 5 days they wanted to kick me out without any refund. After 4 days I wanted to leave because of the extreme toxic mold smell, I told the host about it and they pretended they’d give me a refund if I left the apartment but luckily airbnb support told me they’re trying to trick me. My small son had problems from the toxicity of the mold. The security staff in the building is hand in hand with the host making up false accusations. For example we weren’t even home and they said we made too much noise. In the end they changed our apartment to a smaller one which wasn’t better then the first one. The pool is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen the lounge chairs are full of urine and mold. The pool smells like urine and chemicals. Don’t let those fake photos fool you, because we let them fool us and now it’s our biggest regret. I’ve got photos as proof of everything and I’ve left a link below so you can see the everything for yourself.

Relatively new building. Apartements are big. Significant difference depedning on which side you have a view. Palm’s one is great, opposite not recommended. Great gym with sauna. Absolute top i saw in Dubai. Very kind receptionist.

The best and cleanest tower ever in Marina
Location is superb and management are excellent.

Downsides related to being a slightly conservative tower gym is separated on certain hours which is weird.
Also reception furniture is very dull.
Sun does not come near this tower.

Nice building. Valet Parking for residents. Nice huge apartments. Very good gym.
Apartments available for sale directly from Developer.

Gym is very good, there is a yoga room inside the gym for those who want private space . Clean building with large parking place and many cleaning staffs and good security.
