Terrible experience, management took several months to replace access card system took, building was left open for anyone to enter. Thanks to Mr Salman who refused to send maintenance technician my apartment got flooded. It is impossible to meet with management since their working hours are 12:30 - 2:30pm when people are at work. Better find a place where tenants are respected and get the assistance.

Perfect location, near metro station, walking distance to the beach and marina mall.

Good location, very walkable community cleanliness of the building is reasonable.
Noise from traffic and background continuous noise from cooling plants. Also loud noise from the building windows expansion on contraction every now and then duringthedaily cycle of temperaturechange.
Frequent false fire alarms.

Clean and well maintained residential building in Dubai Marina very close to Marina Walk, Marina Mall and 10min walking distance to Metro Station.
Advantage is the supermarket with home delivery in same building.

Managment of marina view towers please give some lessons of the way how to speak with people for person in the pictures
Even if i am not living in the building he needs to speak properly this guy was so arrogant and disrespectful
