I’ve been living in this building since almost 4 years. Very good location, as well as the view which on both the Business Bay Canal and the Burj Khalifa. Modern, clean and spacious apartment at first, but with the time, a lot of damage has occurred. The building security is very rude, impolite, lacks of communication skills. I felt attacked and disrespected every time I spoke to them. Also way too many holiday homes, which makes the building noisy and loose it’s privacy.

Horrible management of the building. It is prohibited to have dogs and the building is full of dogs, parties every weekend with loud music, non residents walking inside the building and entering your the apartment, the house is full of holiday homes, personal trainers are not allowed in the gym even if you have medical prescription. We have rented the apartment for a year with a very high price for what we really got and we are very disappointed for the choice! Children shouting in the corridors, the swimming pool is small and with dirty beds, overlooking the dusty road. Strongly not recommended!

Not sure about all these negative reviews,I spend over a week there and it was great time,pool is big and clean,great for swimmers,gym is superbly equipped,the view from our apartment(1712) was amazing and the whole building is new and finished in high standard oh and the location is just great,close to Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall and new marina.

Living here a second year, all perfect
Managment and security are the best
Apartments are modern, good quality, best location

Chris who helped me to rent 2 apartments - is best, ready to help, friendly, very responsive

Pool is huge, gym has best equipment and clean

One thing to improve - need more greenery on facilities area and clean more often sunbath matrases

Don't believe in negative reviews as this building always fully rented, try to rent smth if you won't believe ???? and you barely can find smth!!!

All the materials used in the apartments are good quality but the craftsman is unfortunately not that good. I like the apartment anyway, nice location and modern apartment. Pool is big but warm, don’t feel like a pool but a bath. Reminded the relevant people several times, hoping it will be maintained at a refreshing pool temperature at all times.

The most beautiful building in whole downtown area, exceptional location, award-winning design and the best view. Managing company could be a bit better but it is not a big deal.

Great building, great finish, and great location. However they have the worst amenity manager in the world. Building is always dirty, never clean the windows, gym closes early for no reason, the pool is so poorly equipped, drilling on weekends.. Also the security here focuses on everything except working as a security.
