Visited the place on Tuesday 8pm, with 1+1 offer, the guy in the reception was extremely nice and considering of my order, the other staff are corporative too, order was ready in 20min, the pizza was great, fresh ingredients, the space is too small for pizza hut in my opinion, hard to get a table if you dine in, and harder to get someone to clean your table after other costumers finish their meal, in general, it was a good experience and definitely will come back again.

Not a regular pizza hut experience at all. I was waiting for over 25 minutes for the order to be served on my table. Finally when I decided to go check , the order was lying there , but they hadn't served it. Then the order was served. It was a meal. It came without the drink . The drink wasn't served even until the end of my meal.
Pizza didn't taste good as well.
Totally not recommended

This place open till 3am so if you are a night person and craving some food late night, it’s a good option in the middle of Dubai. Good service and food, staffs are friendly.

This place open till 3am but they said like no dining after 1.30am. we accepted that one because they have to clean and close. I respect them.

The food is pretty good now, it isn't that cold and the stuff crust is good, the only problem I have is that the seating area is a bit small

I had won a small pizza in Pepsi, went to this pizza shop and was told that the person who has a mobile with system will come at 11 o'clock, When I went for the second time at 11 am , they was told that there is no internet in the mobile, very poor customer service

One of the worst services we experienced just now from this outlet. We ordered pizza and we took the seat inside this outlet. After 20 minutes, the staffs came to us and said to leave the table for another customer. This is a very pathetic service. This is not the way we are expecting from this type of reputed firm.

Finally, Pizza Hut has opened in the Al Khail Gate community center. Before you go, I recommend using their app to place your dinner order. Because of the huge volume of orders, you will have to wait more than 30 minutes for a single pizza.
