Worst service ever. Visited to change my contact number. Mohammed Shadan took my AECB score and asked if i would like to apply for any loan. When i told no, he chose not to update my number. Highly unprofessional. These type of staff will spoil the bank’s trust and reputation.

on 28th of april i was ordering something from noon but for there app crush order couldn’t be completed and from my mashraq card 168 cutted! i asked noon they said they already gave me refund but in bank statement nothing refund showing! not getting help from bank as well

From my own experience please do apply for any of their products they will loot you completely. Unwanted charges and sudden policy changes. Without previous notice

Dubai mall branch opening time 8 am when I reach 9 am there security told me that bank staff will come after 10 am wow what a amazing service em so glad

Hello Good day ! I have concern to your atm , last thursday -Feb 3, 2022 around 10 pm I am about to withdraw money , but unfortunately the money did not came out even the receipt nothing! And its already deduct to my account . I hope you will take action for this as soon as possible. Im waiting for your response ! PLEASE

Literally the worst bank in UAE, their charges are high to the moon, very poor customer service, for any request you make, they simply don’t care and I mean the bank and its employees, I had two credit cards with them, closed one this week and closing the other one by end of this month, will never go back and will never advice anyone to be their customer, at least that is my point of view.

The guy at the desk provided me with wrong information. Told me any bank in UAE will take more than 5 days to open account and told me to call customer care for more info. His tone from starting to end was very rude.
I ended up opening an account with another bank in 2 days.

Terrible bank in UAE I’ve ever met，they collaborate with Amex rental car service. A month ago, I returned the car and they told me will refund deposits to bank account . They said already refund through Mashreq bank and haven’t sent me the transaction payment successful screenshot yet just send me the transaction summary?? I asked them to prove me with transaction successful screenshot many times but haven’t received yet. I don’t know which side is wrong but I’m sick of it. Till now I haven’t received any refund yet since been 1 month ago. Mashreq bank didn’t take any responsibility for that too . As the refund amount is not big I can ignore that but their services both Amex & Mashreq bank images go down in my mind at least . Just share my bad experience only .
