One of the deposit machine is not working yet they refuse to use the teller service which is available but with very high limitations, my advice as a15 year customer is to atleast open the teller if a machine is out of service. Too much digitalization is not good and I see Mashreq over doing it.

This is one of the best branches of Mashreq Bank. The staff and the Branch manager all very courteous and go out their way to help the customer. You are always greeted with smiling faces.
Although I live far away from Mirdiff City centre, but for any branch related transaction I always drive down to this branch to get a very friendly and amazing service.
I thank all the staff and the Branch manager for maintaining such high standards of customer service.

This is a virtual branch located in citicentre mirdif , it provide teller service of online communication thru a video call to the teller where most of the regular services are provided for personal banking. but for business services as different letters from bank or returned cheque collection are mostly not provided here or have a fuss to it.

Roshan and the whole team were helpful and welcoming. Roshan greeted me with a smile and even remembered me although I haven’t visited the branch for a long time. He was patient and managed to sort out my issue in an efficient manner.

My compqny uses mashreq,
1. Always long cues,
2. Machines are slow compared to DIB AND ENBD. Its response rate is low . I can make 3 transactions on dib or enbd machine the same time I would do 1 transaction on mashreq machine. Prove me wrong am ready to do a timer on all the 3 machines.
4. You need to add another machine ... Smaller one is always offline.

I am very much disappointed with this bank and the very poor customer service which they have. I have requested for someone to contact me from the bank in which I have an account to reply to my inquiries on the fixed deposits but received no reply at all from them(although it states that someone will contact me from the customer service). After 1 week of waiting, I have decided to visit Mirdif branch to ask my questions in person and was surprised that they have only 1 employee who is not available and is in the coffe shop to open a bank account. I had to wait for 30 minutes after which I was informed that the customer service guy will come after 1 hour and was asked to leave the bank and leave my contact number to be called in 1 hour something which did not happen.
