Please stop your bad service for what you know around 3 months your deposit not working. Anyone no need to complaint because every user is hate your bad service. If you can put it on the garbage your machine. I think so this machine in tooo old very slow loading also . Don’t make crazy people . Stop your service or change new machine. Just check al Hilal digital I soo love it 100 percent perfect service Iam not providing I like it the service. Can I say this again if you can throw to the garbage your old machine then fix a new one

Machine keeps restarting after depositing any cheques, this happened to me and one of my friends, you need to check what is going on and fix this machine, the headache following with the customer support after such incident is a big waste of time chasing them to identify if the cheque deposited or not, this is my 3rd day awaiting feedback from them after two calls with no good support from them! what a waste of time!

The cheque deposit option is not working.Only cash can be deposited.

Ibn Battuta Mall branch has been closed as well. It's getting difficult, I think it's time to change to another bank

It's located in ground floor and not in the floor. Its inside the carrefour supermarket, just next to juice an dip shop.
