Carrefour market in Motorcity is good but limited items available. My happiness to go here only for Vox Popcorn ????. Small counter- cheesy,caramel,salted popcorn options available. Best for home movie night????????????

Carrefour Management should think and act directly regarding the smell issue of their outlets. It is a unified issue in all branches except the Emirates mall one. The customer does not feel comfortable and wants to go as soon as possible.

It’s the only place i see it close before the mention time(11:40) !!! What a bad image created by the security and this branch employee !
Disrespect from them to me as a loyal customer of carrefour !
I believe carrefour should pick there security with better standards. Or. Learn the how to respect the customer

I have a bad feelings after the security refuses to open the door I entered from even before closing time! This already hurting the company image

Great store to grab essentials from. Their vegetables aren’t always fresh however the staff are friendly and helpful

There’s one thing I notice in carfour there’s always a nasty rotten smell near their freezers the temperature don’t seem to be controlled

Horrible experience! It’s the one carrefour outlet I hate going to - repeatedly, the self checkout machines do not work, the scan&go never works - staff looks puzzled if you ask them to complete scan&go transaction.
Also staff doesn’t really have a sense for service and customer experience - Carrefour is a great brand, just don’t go to this outlet.

careful they are theives. They never share invoice and if u ask for it they tell u i am a trainee i dont know how. U complain nothing will be done. Fruits are always bad. Cashiers horrible i got a discount they said they dono how to apply it. Its a loose shop no management no nothing. Prices are not on the items either

Insufficient staff, only one counter open and a very very long queue, vegetables not fresh, very low standard compared to other branches.
