We were walking along the marina area and found this place - the choice of gelato was plenty and fabulous. We had three scoop and they were all good especially the ‘Nutella’ for me. Would come back for more desert next time!

I received my order from marina branch but no no fork no nife no spoon and the funny thing that when I call back the branch they said u have to request those things ????
anyway food is good but service is Zero

Super nice ice cream on the promenade! The flavor reminded me about the Italian gelato. It was creamy and fluffy at the same time, surely worth the money!
4 stars instead of 5 because, IMO, the mint flavor was made with the mint syrup and was too much sweet.

Wonderful and peaceful experience; the atmosphere was very cozy and the food and drinks were delicious. Our server, Atiq, was very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Worst customer service ever in Dubai

I have a discount card but they tried every excuse to not apply. First they said it’s not valid anymore than I show the terms which says valid till august. Than he read terms and told me it’s not valid New Year Eve but I told them NYE is 31st of Dec not Jan 1 and manager told me they will add 1st Jan to terms then turned back and went away.

I don’t care discount it was just ice cream so not big amount but it’s was so disrespectful and I have never seen such an attitude in Dubai before.

I visited them many times, I recommended to my friends but I will never do anymore. They saved few dirhams but lost old customer.
