I been customer with matalan for more than 5 years and this is the first time this counter staff name Hamid is very rude such an unforgivable behavior by this guy name Hamid! Teach him to handle customers in a polite way! Such a rude attitude!

Nice selections, wide variety of mostly kids and ladies dresses. They have nice offers now for babies dresses. I have attached the photos some of the dresses we bought from this shop and their bills for your reference. It is anyways felt worth visiting.

They have good items to choose from. But heres the catch, one Filipina saleslady ( in the footwear section) was very rude and even rolled her eyes while she is assisting us. She even communicate sarcastically. Maybe, that is one of the reason why customer doesn’t want to patiently take time to roam around the store because the staff itself is not welcoming.

Customer service is nil. You don't get greeted but instead followed around the shop. The lady at the changing rooms was rude, sometimes she's there sometimes not and comes in randomly trying to be authoritative. Hope the management has a look.

Great work wear though..... sadly the customer service doesn't match up.

Worst experience ever in Matalan Burjuman. Seduced by the sale I visited the place, and the sales ladies were super helpful helping me to choose several outfits to try .... I was really interested on renewing my wardrobe. The problem was when I tried to use the fitting room ... a totally displeasing person was there and, seeing me emptying the trolley, preferred keep silent until I finish and tried to walk in before telling me I couldn't enter more than 4 pieces with me, and that I have to dress up and walk to the door each time to get 4 new pieces to try until I finish with everything ????????????. Seriously? who expect a customer to waste time this way? And it just got worst when trying to complain to the manager. What a shame the amazing job of these ladies on sales team is destroyed for stupid and inflexible policies .... is like you are seeing a potential thief on every customer.
