Quite honest I was slightly disappointed. The place looks great, tables are too small for 2 people to order one dish each. Disappointing portion of the food, our mixed Berry french toast ( see picture) arrived with one variety of Berry and the portion is not quite reasonable with the price. The coffee is great and staff are wonderful. As I made a mistake in writing waffles instead of french toast, as the management accused me of confusion with another place, they did not recognise their own plates on the photos submitted.

Their customer service skills are awesome. I felt so calm here.

The breakfast was good with large portions but their ice coffee was the best I've had in Dubai.

The best part of our visit was their delicious little dessert bites.

Do yourself a favor and visit this place!

Decoration is Excellent,

But no people at the coffee shop . nothing fancy about the cakes or even the presentation .

One of the best pastry shops around. But as well they serve all day breakfast that it's my favourite.
If going there I would recommend their unique pumpkin Shakshuka ????, and avocado on toast, my favourites.

They served the most amazing sweets and cakes. Their coffee is one of the best. The location is great. The ambiance is cozy.

I have been eyeing this place ever since I saw it being set up in Al Wasl Ferdous 2 lane. I had the opportunity of going there yesterday and trying out Paris Brest (peanut butter custard pastry) and their V60 coffee. Also, I got to taste the nutella and carrot bite which is so yummy! Thank you to Karen for the wonderful service and looking forward to visit this tearoom again soon so I can try their afternoon tea. Felt a bit pampered due to their elegant ambience.

Problems with water, cisterns and pipes are always a total red flag for me. So when Gulvins responded within an hour, did a receee, and came back with days with new parts, and fixed everyting, I whooped with relief and thanks. Great job.

After being messed around by two other contractors I called in Ashley to help. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Supplied and fitted a new boiler efficiently and quickly. Would really recommend him. 5 star service.

First time I used Gulvins and I am very happy I chose them over other plumbing and heating firms in the area. Ashley and his team provided an amazing customer service, good quality workmanship and value for money. Highly recommended.
