Service was a little slow even though restaurant was only about 3rd full, despite requests for service, staff seemed to bent upon laying tables & cutlery on the empty tables rather than serving present customers. Food portions were ok although a side of coleslaw was literally 1 tablespoon. Prices on the higher side

Beautifully cooked food and staff were amazing. Had breakfast 2 days and dinner 1 day.

Food takes a bit of time (for those who only have an hour of lunch break from work). But it's delicious, comes in a good quantity and staff is nice.

Smallest portion of sharing Nacho's I've ever seen.
Menu said triple fried chips they where frozen chips not handmade.
Asked for med well steak and it was well done so was a bit dry.
Not the biggest portions either for what you pay.
Paid extra for salad which was a small bowl.
Was staying in the hotel so that was the only reason we ate there, probably wouldn't eat there again.
Could of gone elsewhere like a local Indian restaurant and not paid much more for better food.

I had to ask for my salad and my sauce as they didn't bring it.
Waited over an hour as well for food

Delicious food, nice restaurant, kind staff. Service was a little slow but I don't blame them because it was busy today. All around good experience

Good food doesn't make up for bad service.

The food was fine, it took forever to come though. Also we had ordered onion rings, which never came!. The worst part is that the staff was not even bothered about all this. I kept waiving the staff, although I can see they were clearly seeing, they just ignored. While paying the bill, I thought they will apologize for the missed onion rings and bad service, but they didn't care.
Maybe because it's a chain, they don't really care about the customers, but for me, I would never go to this place again. Spoilt our whole evening!!

Had a Roast dinner. Good portion size, The meat was a bit over cooked. The host was nice and attentive.

As for the Atmosphere, it was fairly quiet as we were there early doors. But it did pick up a bit towards end.

Although service got a 3 , nothing to do with the individuals was just very standard.

As the restaurant had about 8 customers in I would have thought kitchen will pay more attention to food.

Had a full rack of ribs , was preheated and dry , only thing that had a bit of taste was the chicken breast . Rice was preheated and taste awful. Coleslaw was spoon sized. Too over priced for the food that I got. Will pay for decent food meal for 1 £40 . Not worth it, there is a place across the road Woodies , 1/3 the price all grilled and made in front of you … first time at a beefeater , last time …
