Very difficult to find parking. The store literally runs on it own, the staff is least bothered! No one is welcoming and everyone is busy just chatting or walking around without even paying attention! I kept looking for the payment counter, and didn't find anyone around. Luckily, there was self service counter and I just processed my transactions on that. Further to this, there was a staff who was at the exit that was supposed to check the bills and stuff that I bought! He wasn't there and I looked around to see if there was anyone who could help to clear it! No one was around. I then just left the store thinking that if anyone else walked in and just took items from the store and walked out the staff wouldn't even realize!

Pick the items goto selfcheckout pos machine.

1. Select the Shukran membership options.
2. Type your mobile number.
3. Scan the product barcode.
4. Press Pay Now.
5. Tab the Credit/Debit Card.
6. Press PayNow.
7. EDC machine will prompt to swipe the card or tab the card.
8. Card validate completed.
9. Print/ Email.

it was pleasure to visit your shop.I was first time in Burjuman Max but I never see that kind of lady she is so rude and her attitude is omg it was so disappointed. because that lady was cashier and all the staff was under her if there is exchange clothes or something else. in my first day me and my husband SHELDON went I was asking about the perfume which was infront of cashier but when I ask omg her attitude maybe she is manager of cashier or supervisor i don’t care however I never see like this kind of lady I know the customer service they should know how to treat their customers.

Next day I went in Shop to change the size of T-shirt. She was in another counter but she come to our counter and she was doing something in her system and I told her that just want to change size in (M) and her reaction was so bad and her face was so bad and moody and i Just control myself when they finish with exchange the clothes. her attitude like she give me thing for free. Anyway my feedback is that, please kindly keep the person who can smile in cashier counter with positive attitude. Hope when I come next time she will be in happy mood.????

Max fashion is always good in the range of minimalist design and affordable price . But surprised burdubai branch having less collections comparing with others branches .

Also staffs should politely need to assist the customers , before used to see these things now days don't know , what is lacking.

Great place for spares, can be a lot cheaper than original branded parts. Not a worry when you haven't got a warranty to cover.
