I have order online from this market, Burjuman branch, and get reply from Whatsapp that says, sorry be, after waited for 40 mins.
after sending my order, sent with pictures.
I even send my location live.
I have waited, and ask what time they can deliver, but I never get an answer.. nothing even saying they can't deliver or whatever reason they just keep me waiting.. until 11:pm. So I ask why, and I get a reply, sorry be. So bad I won't recommend this store to anyone..

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I had been walking in the heat for an hour and decided to get a bottle of water. The cashier tells me that she can't process it as she's run out of change.
And then goes on to hand out coins to the next customer?
Absolutely unjustifiable and ridiculous!

I purchased 1 Lily's peanut butter yesterday afternoon April 10 only to find out that it is expiring today, April 11. I know it's also my fault that I was not able to check the expiration date as I was on hurry and now I couldn't return it because they didnt issue a receipt. I mean, how long should they keep expiring goods on display? This is frustrating!!!

1 star for poor costumer service, did not inform me that the product i order for delivery wasn’t available. I’ve waited 3 hrs for the delivery and contacted the store and didn’t even answer my call. So i ran back to the store and ask for a refund and gave them a lesson that it is not important if they cannot deliver what i’ve ordered but atleast they have to messaged me that they cannot deliver because it is not available. Inform the costumer and that is what i need instead they want me to ran back at store. Poor service

If you're a Indian please do not prefer this place instead go to some other shopping market bcz they treat you like you're nothing and they won't entertain you much, tbh I had a very bad experience in this super market as I asked more than 2 question regarding the product, the lady starts shouting at me Infront of everyone in the store and her behaviour was too rude towards me,I'm never gonna visit this store again in future.

I was daily customer as i use to do my daily groceries from here it was quite good. But then i start realizing staff specially from the cash counter they look sad, they don't even greet forget about greeting they are not helpful at all. I gave 1 more star just for few staff who atleast repsect while we visit. Very poor customer service.
