My husband and I stopped by Max garage the other day. Our Maserati’s engine light was on. The Mgr. checked it out and determined it was a fuel delay. ( The car had been garaged for 3months). He cleared it and all is fine now. He was highly professional and knowledgeable. We will start servicing our car here from now on. Al Tayer is overpriced and has very slow service. We came to Max after reading the great reviews. We were very pleased with the service.

By far the best experience in Dubai in many years. They are professional, reliable, honest and nice people. The prices are fair and the team is always at your service to go above and beyond. They work on many different cars and they know what they do. Extremely recommended.

One of the best garages, I had my car serviced and repaired there two times and I am happy with their services and prices.
Ask for Nadeem (service advisor), he is very attentive and professional, Nadeem provides you with the right information and quotations in timely manner and keep you up to date on repairs progress.

Service Advisor Dilshan was excellent!! Fully satisfied on his services. I got minor repair and he was very accommodating. Keep it up!

I tried to get my car fixed there. I communicated from the beginning issues with the transmission and got forwarded to a mechanic. After sending him the fault codes it took him 4 days just to reply to me that they don’t do transmission work, even though it’s stated on their homepage.
Communication skills : 0 !!

Took my Jeep Wrangler there with an issue with the stabiliser bar and they had it sorted out in no time. Could have easily just charged for new parts etc but rather they were honest in that it didn’t need replacing at all. Would definitely recommend and Jovel was extremely helpful throughout the process ????????

Pretty prompt. And seem quite knowledgeable. But, they didn't do everything that was promised. Example, they said they will wash. But car was given back as is. Said they will revert with a quote on some issues detected, never did!

This garage is worst. They charged me 500 just for 2 mins check. No report. Nadeem is telling system is down, he is sick, his assistant is sick. So no report no quotes for last 11 days. I called 7 times . All time new excuses.
Worst service.
They returned my money . Accounts guys are much better.
