call, please send an email. I send an email nobody answers. Send another email. nothing.
Call , finally i can speak to the salesperson Mr. Daniel

He gets very angry at me for asking about my order. " we will give you an update in the afternoon!"
Update of what?
"you must have too much time to come here and make trouble"
So after maybe 30 seconds of conversation, he was the absolute victim and hung up on me.

Now what? No car for another undetermined amount of time or buy the part again.

Feb 18 Update: 3 months later and nothing. I went to their office to try to get my money back because I ended buying the part again. The office is a small partition in a shared space. There are some old oil filters in a rack.
Nobody is ever there; been there at least 5 times before I should to anyone. They keep saying that next week the check is the refund will be ready. It's never ready.

I am lucky that i live in Dubai and I can at least go knock in their door, bit this people are selling online to international customers. I can only guess what happens to those orders.

I ordered a part 2 months ago for $850 USD.

They accepted the payment, but haven't shipped the part, or responded to any efforts on my part to contact them. I've tried calling, emailing, sending messages through the website and leaving remarks on my order. Zero response.

I'm going to try to reverse payment through my credit card company. Obviously not trusting them to ever order another item unless it is a physical transaction in the store.

Scammers , I was about to order a part , they gave me the link by email to order it .
But the part is no longer produced by VW as I was informed by VW AG on a previous enquiry .
They are scammers they pretend selling original parts and their office is closed by authorities….

SCAM !!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !! LOOTED ME OF 11000 AED ORDERED PART FOR MY PORSCHE CAYYENE ON 5TH JAN WAS TOLD WILL BE DELIVERED IN 15 DAYS PAST 3 MONTHS NO PART NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO MSGS OR CALLS. ALL FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN POSTED THEY HAVE SCAMMED MULTIPLE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO DUBAI POLICE E CRIME AND WOULD SUGGEST ALL OTHER AFECTEES TO DO THE SAME TO BRING THIS SCAM BUSINESS DOWN

I fear this is a scam. Ordered a part online and when it didn't arrive, I went to their office in JAFZA. Security said the owners have left the country and staff are no longer coming to the office. Fortunately the part was not very expensive. UPDATE after two weeks, no reply from the company either on email, or phone. It may have once been a legitimate business, but it is now definitely taking payment with no intention of supplying. I will have Dubai Police informed.
