Max is always full of clothes, shoes and bags for everyone and shops are always crowded.
Dubai Mall shop is relatively small as compared to other stores, so it contains less variety.
I loved the dinosaur shaped bags for kids, which are posted in pic

Visited their store for sale weekend but really got disappointed that they weren’t offering much variety on sale and the things which were on sale weren’t that good.

Very very bad customer service I ordered some Items from midnight sale they keep me waiting for 5 days every day they was telling my order will deliver today but after 5 days of my continue follow up and many calls no one deliver parcel and automatically they cancel it now it’s been 3 days I am waiting for my refund still not received…
Their customer care is very bad no one follow up on me for delivery or refund I have to call by myself and ask again and again extremely disappointed even though I am their regular customer…

It's one of my best shopping ???? place here in dubai my all the clothes are from max they have always nice design of clothes and good metarial fabric of clothes always I'm satisfied with ther services

Terrible service, only 1 person in store and she is full of excuses saying staff on sick leave. Don’t see how that is the customers fault. Should be better prepared!

Max shop in Dubai mall has a great collection and the shopping experience is economical and up-to-date with latest trends. The products offer great value for money and the shopping experience is highly recommended.
