Nice Building, having spacious apartments with wardrobes, balcony and closed kitchen, nice bathrooms.
Location is superb near opposite JSS school, circle mall and Alkhail exit. Good for investment and rental.

The worse management. The worse real estate I’m done my contract. 2 months now still not return apartment security deposit . Chiller security rerun and u not apply chiller chiller charges will start from ejari date

A real excellent building, all services are available next to the building, a school next to the building. from the inside, very clean, the management of the building upon request at any time, the top of speed and respect, a real respectful management .

Konoz Properties is very bad real estate management I have ever seen in Dubai, they won’t refund the security deposit try to cheat when we vacate, also asking too much commission even for smaller apartments, very poor maintenance too
