Amazing quality furniture, we have fitted our whole garden out with an outdoor kitchen / BBQ, pergola, snug sofa, sunbeds & side tables, daybed, high top fire pit table and bistro set and scatter cushions. 5 star customer service, someone is always available on what’s app, very quick delivery and assembly, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else now after finding Maze Rattan ⭐️

Although there are a number of similar retailers, selling similar products of similar quality, i found MAZE a step above the rest when it comes to service. Grace, a friendly sales lady was very helpful and engaging. The online payment process was effortless and delivery was done within 24 hours.

At the time that customer experience is degrading in the UAE, Maze Rattan stands out!
The quality of their outdoor furniture is of first grade. The family and our guests keep giving us amazing feedback.
The staff and the experience of dealing with them has been stellar too.
Finally, the delivery team has been exceptional and they have delivered and installed ahead of the promised time.

high quality furniture and superb customer service. The sales agent Brelia was so accommodating. One advantage of the brand, is their stock availability. They normally have decent stock to choose from instead of waiting for weeks with other competing brands to receive the shipment

I am so happy with the pieces that I bought for my clients . They are aesthetically beautiful and very versatile . The table functions as a dinner table and a coffee table . The pergola is lit with colorful LED lights and opens and closes to protect from direct sunlight . Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Maze Rattan for the amazing service

Been on the market for good outdoor Furniture and absolutely delighted with our experience with the team at Maze Rattan. The quality of the product is superb and the materials speak for themselves. However what was particular about this place was the team, service, responsiveness and follow up. Staff was attentive, absolutely not pressuring for purchase but ensured the right set up was suggested. Very different experience compared to similar outlets claiming good service in Dubai. Sharnie and Relia were absolutely the reason why we made our choice to enhance our pool space with Maze Rattan, thank you both and keep up the great service.
