The food here is pretty much on par for what you expect from McDonald's in the UAE. Ingredients seem quite fresh and the burgers are prepared nicely and served good for dining in.

Service is ok but is about the level you expect for a busy chain like McDonald's.

I had a good experience at McDonald's in Dubai Marina Mall branch. This branch is located in the food court. It has a counter with 2 self ordering kiosks. I got a medium fries and hot fudge sundae and I received my order very quick despite there's a lot of people ordering food. The french fries is crunchy and the sundae is cold and hard enough. Since the branch is located within the food court, there's plenty of seats to choose from. It's somewhat pleasant though it gets quite noisy due to its roomy environment with glass panel windows situated on one side echoing the noise which makes the area even noiser; nonetheless, this is one of the better branch across the region.

Amazing experience there as usual considering McDonald's is one of my favorite fast food. The service is nice and quicky. There's plenty of seats also because the restaurant is located in the food court within the shopping mall, but it also gets very crowded during weekend so if you want to dine in there, better get there early as seats run out fast.

It is very pleasant to eat while watching the beautiful view of the marina, the speed of the staff is also excellent.

I pre-ordered the spicy bacon muffin sandwich bur due to my strict break schedule, l was late to pick up my order. When l went to collect my meal, the shop manager told me that they already threw my meal away!!!! They offered to replace my meal with either a regular chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets, that are of lower value than the meal l paid!!
Very disappointing service!

McDonalds Marina Mall
I was really excited to order McDonald's breakfast delivery as it was always a special treat growing up. Unfortunately, my experience was a huge let down. The hash brown was soggy and the egg tasted like scrambled milk with a hint of egg flavour. The wrap had no taste at all. While I understand the need for speed in today's fast food world, I still think there should be some care put into the food. After all, aren't we supposed to be "loving it"? Overall, my experience was disappointing and I hope that McDonald's can improve the quality of their breakfast items in the future.

I visited this McDonald's recently and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the order process was quick and efficient. The food was delicious and I was very satisfied with the quality. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the tables were spaced out to give customers plenty of room. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick, affordable meal.
