Thanks to Fayas for his great service. This Starbucks is nicely located under Marina Mall dome and it is always vibrant. One recent issue with all Starbucks outlets is that staff is offering at least 3-4 products and it’s annoying when you are there just to get your coffee and go

Starbucks doesn’t really need a review. I just like it like most of the people do. The branch in Marina mall Dubai is always full of people and the atmosphere is so nice and excellent service with polite stop. It’s nice morning noon or evening time.

I have been telling your colleagues in Starbucks Marina Mall to fix the fixture where you keep your coffee packets and stock to buy for other customers. I have Had several packets fall on me over the past weeks and today at 9:19 pm A Coffee packet falls on my head and your colleague Bikram Laughed or had a smirk on his face. When I told him I will report you I said you have stopped smiling. You can check the camera in the mall it happened today at 9:19 pm 21/05/1985. The person who was putting the packet that fell on the back of my head on the right side was called Bikram. I am in pain and feel very dizzy. I highly suggest you call me. I have proof from the cameras and I took a picture of the coffee packet also. And you can check the CCTV also. I called your toll-free number the line was busy. I have told your staff endless amount of times fix this or someone will take you to court.

all the baristas are nice and ready to fulfill your requests
I ordered an iced white mocha with the rose cream and they were more than happy to do it even though it’s not on their menu!!!

I like the service it’s always 5 stars and the place is very friendly. Everything is clean and food is good ???? my favorite drink is matcha - I can always find it here :)

I like this branch . I always come there as it has open area and wide spaces. The staff there are wonderful . Especial thanks to Fayaz . He is doing an active great job
