With so many meal plans, what makes me stick to Tasting bay is because of the customer service, food variety, and I see such amazing results on my meal plans with them. Not just that the food is filling, but there is always a personal touch to the food.. Ask them to make it less spicy, done! tell them I need more fiber, done! tell them my doctor has asked to increase food with higher iron, done! tell them I have platued in my weightless, changes are made, and in less than 3days, I can see the weight dropping again, done! I have never heard them say no to anything if there is any requests from my side. I am so excited to see my food come in every morning. Cheers guys, please keep up the great work!!

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in *Meals by Tasting Bay*. Excellent food. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Business Bay, Dubai. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Service is also great and always efficient, staff are always happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Business Bay, Dubai.

Lips smacking and DELICIOUS food as always with the great service…good menu … not overly extensive. Food was very good quality all around. They know how to prepare what’s jotted in their menu at top-notch. Prices were reasonable. Always worth the stop!!! Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place! Topping the cake is their food being always clean and healthy!

The food was excellent, packaging was great, and for a little delay they had which hardly mattered to us honestly, the OWNERS of the restaurant cared so much to send a personalized letter.

Must say, for a restaurant that cares so much for their delivery orders, they've got me ordering from them again and again!

I love the place and the vibe , staff have been friendly and drishti has been very good in terms of food delivery and all the taste she brings on the table . Trust me it’s not easy to do so, specially with Indian food . Being the health desi khanna and meal plans done it’s amazing.

The food and the concept of Tasting Bay is excellent. Got a warm welcome from Neha, the co-founder, herself. Enjoyed Un-Beet-able Palak Paneer and Jawar Pita Pocket a lot. If you want to have healthy food with a twist, this is the place to check out. Will definitely come back for more. Can’t wait to try the Quinoa Biryani, Black Pav Bhaji and Turmeric cheesecake :)

Great location, friendly staff and delicious food.

The vibe inside was cool and with good decor.

The food was tasty and the owners can tell you how many calories there are per dish!!! Never seen that before in an Indian restaurant.

This healthy Indian restaurant is not like any Indian restaurant I've been to before, the food was light on the stomach but still very fulfilling and flavourful.

I will definately be back. #keepguiltatbay
