AVOID ????. No refund if you have a problem. Thieves. I'm waiting for refund for more than 2 months with Xline Dubaï. And they don't reply to calls, messages and mails. Achtung. Attention arnaque

On Sep 27, just before 9 am, I was crossing the pedestrian lane at the corner of the street. I thought this bus was gonna slow down. But it didn't and I thought I was gonna get hit. Please tell your driver to slow down when turning corners or when there's a pedestrian lane.

You are likely better off renting a taxi and exploring Dubai's famous spots on your own, than going with Meeting Point and their overpriced, falsely advertised tours. We booked "Dubai by Night" which they claim includes photo stops IN Atlantis The Palm and Burj al Arab. It doesn't. However, what it does include is a promotional trip to a jewelry store with overexpensive kitsch you'd find everywhere in the world. Curiously, that bit was NOT advertised - I wonder why?!

When I complained about this to our on-site contact, the guy was completely unreasonable and stopped replying to my messages altogether. Later I mailed Meeting Point directly, explained the situation and asked for a refund. They were a bit more helpful, but offered to refund only 20%, which - all these things considered - is just poor customer service.

So, 2 out of 5 stars for Meeting Point. That's me being charitable, because the Desert Safari was decent and *some* of the staff was not entirely unfriendly. But definitely stay away from "Dubai by Night"! And probably stay away from Meeting Point, too. Look for another agency - or just get a taxi.

Amazing experience and very flexible arangment.

Booked the royal desert safari with contactperson Kaies who was very helpfull and was willing to be extremly flexible with making the right choices and arrangements. It was very trustworthy.

The safari itsself was amazing with our driver Abdul, nothing was rushed and all the experiences were so cool like buggy driving and the dinnershow. The Best part was driver Abdul who is the kindest person. It felt like going on this trip with a friend.

Great experience.

Warning about Tour ‘Dubai by Night’ and FTI Tour Operator ‘Meeting Point’ !!!

Unfortunately we have to inform you not to trust the overpriced tour operator ‘Meeting Pont’ of FTI apparently run by mostly Egyptians!!! We were sold a disastrous tour ‘Dubai by Night’ by the responsible person/FTI representative Hatem for Ajman/UAE.

It started already with the pick-up/transfer to our tour bus, being done by a driver that was smelling just unacceptably bad & did not as promised by Hatem supply any water/drinks for 1,5 hours and drove like a maniac with children incl. our 6 year old daughter among the 7 passengers we were. (he also picked us up at nighttime smelling even worse and now being distracted by a girls friend of his on the passenger seat)

After we arrived drained at the tour bus pick-up close to the ’Atlantis Hotel’ we switched to a big tour bus filled with Germans like us that did not even have cooled bottles of waters on hand and stopped immediately 5 minutes after we boarded at the first ‘photo stop’ Atlantis Hotel. Meeting Point Emirates Head Office and TravelUp.com along with Le Meridien Fujairah have been running a shameful agreement to cancel travelers' early paid for, and confirmed bookings so they charge them higher rates ahead of holidays. Adding insult to injury, they have a discriminatory payment policy, based on nationalities.

Worst agency in the world. They didn't help us at all. Took our money, didnt wanted to assist in rebooking, left us on our own. The guy with the number +971 56 289 0382 is the worst agent ever.

The desert Safari tour was a Nightmare for us and especially our little son. The babyseat we had to pay for in adition was not there at the pickup and we only got it at the beginning of the desert tour. For almost 90 AED in adition we would at least have expected it for the whole trip. The guide also tell us that the seat will be in the car at the beginning. The People sitting with us at the Jeep were complaining that they were not sitting with their Friends. We ended up stopping at a gas Station where the People got out and two young couples got in our Jeep. They told us before a Family would sit with us and that the Jeep would therefore drive slowly. In the end we were 7 people (8 with the Driver) They told us it would be max 6 people plus Driver in a Jeep. In the Jeep there was a sign not recommending this trip for Children under the age of 6. Our son is 1 year and 5 months. We have asked a couple of times if this trip is save and recommendable for this little Children. They never mentioned this in a single word. Our son was very scared and crying for the whole trip. We have the Intention they just wanted to sell this trip no matter what, which is very unfortunate. The Music at the Location was way to loud for young Children. It is a fact that this trip is not recomandable for Children under the age of 6 as mentioned on the sign in the car. Therefore they should not sell it respectively in our opinion. We are very disappointed from your Company and we will not recommend to book any trip with young Children. For us it was unfortunately a waste of time and Money and we are very sorry for our son as he was very scared as eralier mentioned.
Up to date we have not received an answer from the responsable Tourguide from Meeting Point Dubai.
